Your first internship starts here.
Talent, Internships, Development, Experience
Tell us what you're good at once. We match you with internships, or let you try a job for just one day, so you don't have to cold-email companies or compete with candidates who already have years of experience.
Example profile of a TIDE team member, not a real applicant
Three steps. We do the hard part.
LinkedIn makes you hunt for jobs. TIDE works the other way around: you tell us about yourself, and we bring the right opportunities to you.
Tell us about you
Fill in one simple form: your skills, what you're curious about and when you're free. We guide you through every question.
We find your match
Our team compares your profile with internships at our partner companies and picks the ones that fit you best.
Meet the company
We ask you first. If you say yes, we introduce you to the company and help you get ready for the conversation.
Try a job for just one day.
Local businesses post single shifts, like a busy Saturday at a cinema or a weekend event. Pick one, ask to join, and see what the work is really like, with no long commitment.
Answer a few questions. Get your first CV.
Write the way you'd talk to a friend. Our AI turns your answers into a clean, professional CV that you can edit, save and keep improving.

Your TIDE application
Five short steps, about 10 minutes. Finish in one go: your answers aren't saved if you leave the page.
Get motivated interns without the hiring hassle.
Tell us what you need. We send you a short list of pre-screened candidates who already said they're interested.
Nothing to pay upfront
Posting a role and meeting candidates is free. You only pay a small share of the intern's pay once they've started, added on top of their wage, never taken from it.
Pre-screened matches
We read every application and only send people who fit your skills and schedule.
Build your future team
Meet motivated new talent early and give back to your community.
Good questions, quick answers
Does it cost anything?
No. TIDE is always free for anyone looking for an internship or day shift, and we never take anything from your pay. Companies pay us a small fee on top of your wage, and only after you've started.
I've never worked before. Can I still apply?
Yes! That's exactly who TIDE is for. Internships are about learning, and companies know you're just starting out. Our CV builder shows you what counts as experience and how to describe it.
How old do I need to be?
You can apply from age 15, the minimum working age in Cyprus. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree, and we'll email them before any company sees your details. The law also protects under-18s at work: no more than 7 hours 45 minutes a day (7 hours 15 minutes if you're under 16), no work between 23:00 and 07:00, and a 30-minute break after 4.5 hours. We only match you with internships and day shifts that fit your age.
Who sees my information?
Only the TIDE team. We never post your profile publicly. We share your details with a company only after you say yes to that specific match, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, as the EU's data protection rules (GDPR) allow.
Do I need a resume?
No. Our form asks the same things a resume would. If you already have one, you can add a link to it.
What is a day shift?
A single day at a real workplace, like helping at a cinema on a Saturday or at a sports event. It's a low-pressure way to try a job before committing to a longer internship. Our team checks every shift before we post it, and under-18s need a parent's OK.
Does the CV builder keep my CV?
No. Your CV isn't saved anywhere, not even on your device, so it's gone when you close the page. Use "Download" or "Copy text" to keep a copy before you leave.
Are the internships paid?
It depends on the company. We always tell you whether an internship is paid before you decide.
Who runs TIDE?
Five students in the Junior Achievement program.
